Responsibilities
* Develop and plan podcast episode structures and content outlines
* Record, edit, and mix audio for high-quality podcast episodes
* Coordinate guest bookings, interviews, and remote recording sessions
* Create show notes, episode descriptions, and other supporting content
* Manage podcast distribution and publishing across various platforms
* Analyze podcast performance metrics and provide reports
* Drive continuous improvement of the podcast production process and client experience

Requirements
* Proven experience in podcast production, audio editing, and sound design
* Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro X)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
* Positive and motivated self-starter
* Awareness and ability to see what needs to be done and make it happen
* Ability to prioritize work effectively
* Experience with podcast hosting platforms

Hiring Process
