Sales Territory Manager - Heavy Equipment
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Scholtz Partners International. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the heavy equipment industry to take on a challenging role and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing and new customers across the region, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives for assigned products within the region.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals, including market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations, logistics, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, preferably with a focus on industrial and construction equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary: R35 000 per month (negotiable).
