Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Territory Sales and Branch Manager to contribute to the growth and success of our team in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Branch and Information Centre processes are followed in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Drive sales to individuals, corporates, and enterprise sales within the assigned territory.
  • Provide oversight on retail sales and ensure profitability and growth of the branch sales.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and sign off invoices.
  • Complete weekly inspection lists and carry out audits.
  • Ensure the office is kept tidy and branch always looks professional.
  • Promote sales within the branch and increase the number of sales within the branch.
  • Identify ways to grow the customer base.
  • Monitor excess and shortages, carry out investigations for shortages, and escalate unresolved issues to the Head of Branches.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 3 years' Supervisory Experience within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange, exchange control regulations, FICA regulations, money laundering, and Reserve Bank regulations.
  • Knowledge of Branch management and HR principles.

  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and strategize on how to incentivise the agent army, analyse and monitor transaction statistics, and engage with potential customers and market the enterprise product.
