Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial services, including office administration and management, to the Visual Arts Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating events, such as exhibitions and seminars;
  • Managing filing, mail, and distribution systems;
  • Handling telephonic communications and diary management;
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Providing administrative support for meetings and events.

Requirements include a Grade 12 certificate and a Diploma or Degree in a related field. Three to five years of work experience in a related field is advantageous.
