  • Strong leadership experience in managing a high-performing marketing team.
  • A formal marketing qualification and a genuine passion for marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and IT literacy.
  • Proficiency in English as a first language.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage third-party suppliers when needed.
  • The desire to grow with the business and build a marketing team.
  • Experience of working in a B2B organization.
  • Experience of running B2B campaigns using multiple channels.
