Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented professional to enhance our expanding marketing team. In this versatile position, you will be instrumental in overseeing our CRM platforms, facilitating email and LinkedIn outreach initiatives, and providing essential administrative support to the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective use of our CRM platforms (Close, Vincere, Manatal) to ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Manage lead distribution and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
  • Supervise data enhancement within the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing data for email marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Skylead for targeted outreach on LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement high-quality email campaigns aimed at generating leads for our various business units.
  • Collaborate throughout the entire email marketing process:
    • Ensure proper data enhancement and collection.
    • Set up automated email workflows using DotDigital.
    • Manage incoming responses to support sales team follow-up.
    • Generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle these responsibilities across multiple brands and target demographics concurrently.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in developing workflows or scheduling communications.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
