Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CRM and Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data and service requirements and strategy for Nedgroup Investments Retail Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives.
  2. Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
  3. Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank.
  4. Identify common customer service breakdown and drive relevant corrective measurements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct data systems and service-related workshops and training interventions to improve customer service.
  6. Analyse relevant customer feedback systems and identify common trends using the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify initiatives to ensure achievement of sales and service targets.
  8. Support relevant areas to achieve sales and service objectives by highlighting gaps and opportunities.
  9. Improve client data on all client system used by Nedgroup Investments.
  10. Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
  11. Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
  12. Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
  13. Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
Requirements
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • Self-motivated and well organised with an ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges.
  • Ability to deal with people both within the organisation and external customers.
Essential Qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications

Commerce degree in Finance or Investments
