Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in implementing a CRM platform, developing dynamic CRM strategies, and analyzing customer behavior to uncover trends and engagement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of a CRM platform to ensure accurate segmentation, data management, and insightful analysis of customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement dynamic CRM strategies to nurture contacts, guiding them through the sales funnel and converting them into loyal customers and referrals.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior to uncover trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer personas, visitor journeys, funnels, CTAs, intent, and segmentation.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Head of Revenue, sharing insights on the performance of database marketing and newsletters.
  • Engage in social media management, website content management, email marketing, and paid media to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience working in a digital content or marketing agency environment is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Canva, Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, WordPress/Webflow.
  • Experience with Adobe Software would be beneficial.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) would be beneficial.
