Job Overview
Inospace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Property Management department. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Inospace's office, industrial, and business park properties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent operational management skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and financial performance. They will work closely with the Regional Portfolio Manager and financial team to develop and monitor property operating budgets, identify opportunities to enhance property incomes, and implement strategies to control costs and optimize financial performance.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead a culture of exceptional client service, drive leasing initiatives, foster community engagement, and manage a team of Community Managers where applicable.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-Centric Operations: Lead a culture of exceptional client service, ensuring operational excellence across all properties to address client inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
  • Leasing and Client Relations: Drive leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and lease agreements, and implementing client feedback mechanisms to enhance client experience and retention.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within Inospace's business parks through events, networking opportunities, and collaborative initiatives. Liaise with marketing teams to promote community engagement and brand awareness, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for tenants.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the Regional Portfolio Manager and financial team to develop and monitor property operating budgets, identify opportunities to enhance property incomes, and implement strategies to control costs and optimize financial performance.
  • Team and Supplier Management: Lead and mentor a team of Community Managers where applicable, fostering a culture of excellence, client focus, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and manage all suppliers within your portfolio.


Requirements
  • Must be a South African Citizen.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at various Business Parks in dedicated areas.
  • Previous experience in Customer-focused roles in similar environments.
  • A strong background in property or facilities management, with experience managing client relationships.


Benefits
  • Basic Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
