Job Description:
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of sales leads and customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include capturing and recording relevant information on sales systems, handling red flags and resolving related sales complaints, and creating leads where necessary. You will also be responsible for verifying data accuracy, conducting credit vetting and direct sales activities, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Additionally, you will support special projects initiatives, maintain branch statistical information, and process sales-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Receive feedback from sales consultants regarding appointment outcomes daily, capture and record all relevant information on sales systems, and update call status accordingly.
2. Data Verification: Ensure that no information related to leads is duplicated, including loading duplicate leads, and verify correct DOA levels have been signed off for contracts and quotes.
3. Credit Vetting and Direct Sales: Load lead onto the sales system, record receipt of application on control sheet, check and copy submissions, and ensure applications meet minimum standards.
4. Reporting and Communication: Assist with problems or complaints, provide full feedback to clients as necessary, and ensure timely and accurate communication to team members.
5. Creating of PO Requisitions and Receipting: Receive quotes from district sales, technical, and community development teams for purchasing goods, ensure DOA signs off for approval, create requisition on SAP system, generate PO, and receive goods delivery note and invoice for receipting.
6. General Duties: Have knowledge about all facets pertaining to your position, attend required meetings and training sessions, keep workstation/office neat and tidy, and adhere to shift roster and office hours.
7. Standing Operating Procedures: Ensure disciplinary code adherence at all times, uphold standing operating procedures, meet agreed-upon targets, and maintain high standard of service delivery.
