A 24-month internship in HR Learning and Development, focused on developing skills and knowledge in training coordination and administration.
Main Tasks- Manage training schedules, coordinate events, and ensure smooth logistics.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to established processes, and ensure compliance.
- Foster effective stakeholder relationships through strong communication and collaboration.
- Support Learning and Development initiatives with administrative tasks.
- Utilize technology to administer learning programs on SAP LSO and T@W.
- Contribute to reporting and analytics, providing valuable insights.
A post-matric HR qualification is required. No prior experience is necessary.
Key competencies include self-awareness, adaptability, communication, organizational skills, and computer literacy.
