Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Consultant to join our team at Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment / HC Recruit.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work closely with our clients, providing expert advice on strategic HR matters. As a Strategic HR Consultant, you will be responsible for managing talent effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting employees in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Strategic HR Management: Provide expert guidance on strategic HR matters, including documentation management, employee support, and relations.
  • Documentation management: Ensure all HR-related documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations pertaining to employees: Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on how to ensure compliance.
  • Employee Support and Relations: Provide high-quality support to employees, resolving issues and improving employee relations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Analyze compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain effective reporting and analytics tools to track key HR metrics.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills verbal & written: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organization and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills: Highly developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • High attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
