Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Strategic HR Generalist to join our team.

Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to manage the human resources function of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and selection: Develop job profiles, oversee recruitment and selection processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Staff onboarding and exiting: Implement induction programs, onboard new staff, and manage the separation process.
  • Employee Information Management: Monitor employee personal information and upload employee documents on HR Premier.
  • Training Management: Manage staff training and development, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Employee Relations: Develop staff performance contracts, implement performance management processes, and resolve employee conflicts.
  • Implementation of HR Policies and Procedures: Develop policies in line with the HR strategy, review and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets by drafting and costing HR activities for the financial year.
  • Reporting: Draft HR reports, providing insights into HR trends and metrics.
  • Payroll Administration: Consolidate payroll inputs, prepare bonuses and increase letters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a generalist HR function.
  • Experience working with a Sage HR System is advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
