We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Retail team during the festival season.

Astronomical Operations Ltd is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Force Management: Develop and lead an efficient sales force to drive revenue growth.
  • Critical Customer Relationships: Grow strong relationships with critical customers and groups to increase profitable share.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage daily/weekly sales administration, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and maintaining excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a minimum of 7 years experience in the FMCG trade. They should be able to work in a highly pressured environment, be punctual, and able to work overtime as required.

Requirements:

  • Sales Management Experience: A minimum of 7 years experience in the FMCG trade.
  • Customer Focus: Strong relationships with critical customers and groups.
  • Technical Skills: Be computer literate – MS Office.
