Job Title: Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Quest Staffing Solutions (Pty) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our sports club, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the club, including court bookings, facility maintenance, and staff supervision.
  • Membership & Customer Service: Drive membership growth through marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community outreach. Provide excellent customer service and address member concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of reception staff, coaches, maintenance workers, and other personnel. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and encourage continuous professional development among staff.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the club's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations. Track revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the club meets financial targets.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Create and execute marketing plans to promote the club, attract new members, and engage with the local community. Work with local businesses and organizations to develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Padel Program Development: Oversee the development and management of padel programs, including training camps, clinics, and private lessons. Work closely with coaches to develop training plans and ensure members of all skill levels receive a high-quality experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a manager in a sports facility, ideally in racquet sports or padel, or a related field.
  • Experience managing teams and handling day-to-day operations is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Marketing and social media management skills are a plus.
  • A passion for padel or experience with racquet sports is highly desirable. Knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and industry trends would be a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • First Aid and Health & Safety certifications are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of booking software and club management systems is beneficial.

Remuneration: R R20 000 CTC Per Month
