Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the club, including court bookings, facility maintenance, and staff supervision.
  • Membership & Customer Service: Drive membership growth through marketing initiatives and provide excellent customer service to members.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including reception, coaches, and maintenance workers.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the club's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Create and execute marketing plans to promote the club and engage with the local community.
  • Padel Program Development: Oversee the development and management of padel programs, including training camps, clinics, and private lessons.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a manager in a sports facility, ideally in racquet sports or padel.
  • Experience managing teams and handling day-to-day operations is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Marketing and social media management skills are a plus.
  • A passion for padel or experience with racquet sports is highly desirable.
Remuneration:
  • R18 000 - R20 000 CTC Per Month
