Job Title: HR Administrator Muizenberg

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Pro Tem Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR and Payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll: Assist with the processing of payroll, including capturing overtime, checking leave submitted against clock on and time registers, and importing/updating leave from ESS.
  • HR: Provide full cycle assistance with staff recruitment, including job speck, advertising, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews. Assist with staff exits, including documentation and exit interviews.
  • General Administration: Assist with general compliances, documentation preparation, and updates as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
