Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician Manager to lead our team in maintaining and servicing air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems, excellent technical skills, and the ability to supervise and train technical staff.

About the Role
  • Lead and supervise the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration units
  • Carry out routine checks and maintenance on equipment
  • Train and supervise technical staff

Maintain and care of company assets:

  • Plan maintenance of company vehicles
  • Complete logbook for vehicle
  • Ensure safety of staff and products while driving and parked
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Matric with a Commercial Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Test
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience with air-conditioning or refrigeration servicing
  • Safe Handling & Gas Certification
  • Computer literate – (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
