Strategic Commercial Business Lead

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Strategic Commercial Business Lead at HR Genie. This role requires a strong background in business analysis and project management, with expertise in commercial industries.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones to align with business goals, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create detailed project plans.
- Track and monitor commercial project progress, addressing deviations from timelines or milestones, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, using effective communication and presentation skills.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, setting clear agendas and objectives, and prepare comprehensive reports on project performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Conduct business analyses, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling, to identify areas for process improvement and enhance efficiency.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, suitable for various audiences, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights and identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with commercial and financial modeling, with knowledge of logistics or supply chain sectors being a strong asset.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
