Field Sales Development Manager

**Overview of the Position:**
The Field Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in an assigned area by overseeing business development, operational, customer service, and client retention strategies.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills to supervise a team of Promoters (Field Sales Agents) and ensure they meet their minimum Connection targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting new Promoters, motivating existing ones to sell, tracking sales performance, and reporting results to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Promoters to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit new Promoters onto the team.
- Track and monitor sales performance.
- Report sales numbers to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Issue stock to Promoters and oversee its handling and banking.
Issuing Stock:
- Ensure timely issuance of stock to Promoters.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions.
- Banking money from sales is the responsibility of the Field Sales Development Manager.
Vehicles:
- Vehicle trading times: 05h30 - 19h00, Tuesday to Saturday.
- Adhere to allocated weekly/monthly kilometres for travel.
- Regular vehicle maintenance is essential.
- No personal use or transportation of unauthorized passengers allowed.

Education & Qualifications:
- Matric certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
Compensation Package:
The Field Sales Development Manager will earn a basic salary and commission of R20,000+ per month.
