We are seeking a highly skilled New Vehicles Business Developer to join our team at Hyundai Automotive South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by achieving set sales targets through exceptional customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month;
  2. Driving specific strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base;
  3. Managing customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service;
  4. Total commitment to achieving sales targets and growth by venturing into new revenue streams;
  5. Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided;
  6. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  7. Having a strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behaviour;
  8. Evaluating vehicles correctly;

In order to excel in this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum Grade 12 qualification;
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a sales executive;
  3. A valid Code 8 driver's license;
  4. Computer literacy; and
  5. A proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets.

This role demands excellent oral communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to close sales effectively. Strong administrative skills, professionalism, and presentability are also essential.
