B2B Sales Account Executive

- End-to-end sales coordination: follow up sales opportunities with client hiring managers, coordinate talent acquisition teams where applicable, and sign new instructions.
- Client meetings: attend initial client strategy meetings with Client Services Directors and manage follow-up actions around information provision, proposal development, and meeting follow-ups with client senior managers.
- Account management programme: develop an account review programme in conjunction with Account Services Directors on a quarterly or regular basis.
This role will be responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual new client roles, existing clients' roles, and revenue targets. You'll also oversee salary and capability intelligence provision in response to client requests and update sales pipelines in CRM, reporting on all sales KPIs.
