Business Development Manager

At Micah Govender Developments, we offer a comprehensive range of financial service solutions to facilitate long-term wealth creation, protection, and niche financing needs for clients in the entry, middle, affluent, and self-employed markets in South Africa.
We provide:
- Telephony services, including internet, email, telephone, voice logging, secure storage of data, and a full suite of Microsoft access
- Access to business coaching and client advice support
- Assistance with practice management
- Training support, including technical and soft skills training
- Access to an effective lead generation system and training
- Support with succession planning
- Support with unlocking equity from adviser practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients
- Financial planning for clients
- Identifying client needs and offering suitable financial solutions
- Providing excellent service orientation and frequent contact with clients
Requirements:
- Matric or NQF4 equivalent certification (Essential)
- Tertiary Certificate and/or Degree (Essential)
- Financial qualification and/or RE5 accredited
- Driver's license with own vehicle (Essential)
- Sales experience and skills (Essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term insurance or at least 3 years of experience in short-term insurance
