Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately typing CVs and documents with high attention to detail.
- Conducting and typing references and background checks to support consultants.
- Managing reception duties, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
- Overseeing day-to-day office management, including supervising the cleaner and maintaining office supplies.
- Handling petty cash and organizing filing systems.
- Data capturing and assisting consultants with sourcing CVs.
- Proactively solving office-related issues and anticipating future needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- A high level of attention to detail, particularly in spelling and grammar.
- Excellent prioritization skills and knowledge of recruitment software.
