Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Support: Collect payments and update records on our property management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate with clients regarding lease expirations, renewals, and payments, providing clear and concise information.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with our facilities team to ensure prompt resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide daily reports to our head office, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Language Skills: Bilingual with fluency in English and at least one African language.
- Personal Qualities: Friendly, well-presented, and people-oriented, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
