High Performing German Speaking Sales Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. You will research and analyze sales opportunities, utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your goal will be to sell our products and services by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending tailored solutions to new prospects.
You will also develop proposals to meet clients' goals, including budgets and timelines. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information, and guidance. This will involve researching and recommending relevant new opportunities and suggesting profit and service improvements.
Pipeline management will also be an essential part of your responsibilities, for reporting purposes and productivity analysis. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide Business Development Executives in developing prospecting strategies and answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, including speaking and writing. You should be able to negotiate and collaborate effectively, possess a persuasive manner, and have strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivation and a drive to pursue targets are also essential, along with persistence and the ability to follow up consistently using various mediums. Resilience, the ability to withstand rejection, and staying calm under pressure are also crucial qualities.
A minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrable results is required. Cold calling experience is also a prerequisite. The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
