Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales Team at Babcock International Group - Africa. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team while ensuring the smooth operation of all sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Update quote registers and manage client details on the ERP System
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange extras fitments at various branches
- Process supplier invoices for account payable purposes
- Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle files
- Generate bank/proforma invoices for customer finance facility purposes
- Arrange Dealerstock/ COF/ Registration/ License as required
- Create provisions/ Write Down of forecasted additional costs
- Month-end invoicing
- Facilitate delivery of registration documents to banks or clients
- Update Delivery Register, DAF Vehicle Population register & Stock List for Sub Saharan Africa
- Driver training scheduling
- Engraving of makers/ID plates for new trucks
- Month-end reports to Sales Director
- Managing Labour broker employees as assigned
- Attend to further instructions or projects as required
