We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales Team at Babcock International Group - Africa. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team while ensuring the smooth operation of all sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Update quote registers and manage client details on the ERP System
  • Liaise with suppliers to arrange extras fitments at various branches
  • Process supplier invoices for account payable purposes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle files
  • Generate bank/proforma invoices for customer finance facility purposes
  • Arrange Dealerstock/ COF/ Registration/ License as required
  • Create provisions/ Write Down of forecasted additional costs
  • Month-end invoicing
  • Facilitate delivery of registration documents to banks or clients
  • Update Delivery Register, DAF Vehicle Population register & Stock List for Sub Saharan Africa
  • Driver training scheduling
  • Engraving of makers/ID plates for new trucks
  • Month-end reports to Sales Director
  • Managing Labour broker employees as assigned
  • Attend to further instructions or projects as required
