About the Job

We are seeking a Junior Administrator with excellent Word, Excel, IT, and organisational skills to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to incoming enquiry emails from clients and brokers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Electronic Filing: File job-related emails efficiently using our CRM system.
  • Client Communication: Make and take relevant client/broker telephone calls, providing updates and assistance as needed.
  • Job Administration: Track all emails related to opportunities, add new accounts and contacts to the system, and assist in generating quotes and orders.
  • Support Team: Help answer initial emails, request additional information from clients, prepare basic proposals, and collate correspondence as part of job handover to our valuers.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of trackable experience in a marketing/admin role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook), and a confident, approachable attitude.
  • Team Player: We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and opportunities for career development.
