Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' business aspirations, technical goals, and IT infrastructures.
  • Work in tandem with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem teams to evaluate the potential implementation of Red Hat and Partner solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical guidance for the formulation and execution of intricate solutions and services.
  • Establish strategic relationships with clients to become a trusted consultant.
  • Demonstrate value to clients and partners through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot initiatives.
  • Research and craft responses to technical components of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Coordinate the technical efforts of other Red Hat resources, including Product Specialists, Support, and Professional Services.
  • Deliver persuasive recommendations that lead to successful sales closures.
  • Manage and achieve a bookings quota while conducting regular reviews and reports on ongoing opportunities.
  • Share your expertise by contributing to documentation (e.g., wikis, quick-start guides, blog posts, and white papers), developing reusable assets (e.g., demonstrations, workshops), and presenting at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in pre-sales, consulting, IT architecture, or a related field supporting enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with integration, development, or administration of Linux systems. Proficient in presenting to diverse audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels within large enterprise IT organizations.
  • Knowledge of modern and emerging technologies, including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and contemporary application frameworks.
  • Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any relevant Red Hat certification.
  • Experience or certification with any public cloud provider.
