Job Description

**Job Title:** Brand Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Time Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand's positioning, targeting a high-end consumer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the brand's positioning and target a high-end consumer base.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and providing accurate forecasting to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain and elevate the brand's luxury image across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
  • Plan and execute global marketing campaigns, incorporating traditional media, digital, and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development and execution of social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on creativity and engaging luxury audiences across various platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and media outlets to enhance brand exposure and drive sales.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, product launches, and brand activations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant marketing qualification and experience in a professional related field.
  • Minimum three years of marketing experience, preferably within a luxury brand.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, consumer behavior, and international markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Advanced social media management skills.
