Arc is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive innovative solutions for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of creatives in developing innovative and effective marketing campaigns
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Arc remains at the forefront of creative innovation
  5. Manage and mentor junior creatives to help them grow and develop in their careers
  6. Contribute to the development of Arc's overall creative vision and strategy
  7. Participate in new business pitches and presentations to showcase Arc's capabilities
  8. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director in the marketing industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior creatives
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  5. Strong understanding of marketing principles and industry trends
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
