Astral Operations Ltd is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our retail sales force in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with critical customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to grow share and revenue.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual sales plans and strategies.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of targets.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG trade, with a proven track record of sales leadership and customer relationship management.
- Qualifications: Formal sales qualification will be an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a highly pressured environment.
