Requirements :

  • South African ID or valid work permit required.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a senior role within a similar hotel setting.
  • A formal culinary qualification from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety.
  • Creativity and passion for menu development.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
