Strategic Talent Manager with Employee Engagement Expertise

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Manager to join our team at Cosmopolitan Recruitment. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that we attract, retain, and engage top talent in the industry.
Talent Acquisition StrategyThe successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying emerging trends in the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conducting regular analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our talent acquisition strategy
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
