Dutch Language Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a Dutch Language Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring that all interactions are professional, polite, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Ensure that all calls are carefully listened to and understood
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Assume responsibility for accuracy and completeness of all reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of a matric qualification plus 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented position
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (100% fluency required)
- Ability to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends (project and call centre dependent)
