Experienced Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Agent to join our team at NCR Management Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, as well as meeting agreed daily talk time targets. Your role will involve obtaining, confirming and updating client details accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for achieving monthly objectives as agreed with the team leader/manager, while adhering to Call Centre policies and procedures.
Key requirements for this role include:
- At least 1 year sales experience within a Call Centre environment
- Knowledge of Debt Review, Debt Review Cancellation and Debt Mediation would be preferable
- Proficiency in working on Vici-dial
- Computer Literacy
- Saturdays may apply depending on sales targets

Remuneration for this role includes a basic salary starting from R6500, plus a lucrative commission structure.
