Networking Sales and Growth Manager

Job Summary:
SMD Technologies seeks an experienced Networking Sales and Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing the growth of our Networking category, focusing on TP Link and Tapo brands.

Responsibilities:
You will work closely with retail partners to align on category strategy, pricing, promotional activities, range planning, and orders. This includes ensuring that all approvals from TP Link are obtained prior to implementing any changes. Additionally, you will drive sales performance by executing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue targets for TP Link and Tapo brands.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for TP Link and Tapo products.
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy in forecasting sales, competitor activity, and market trends to inform pricing and product adjustments.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with buyers and category managers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting them in achieving sales objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience in sales management, category management, and relationship-building is highly desirable.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
