Administrative Support for Talent Acquisition

As an Administrative Talent Manager, you will provide critical support to the talent acquisition function within the Cape Union Mart Group. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.

Key Tasks and Deliverables:
  • Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Developing and maintaining job descriptions, requisitions, and other recruitment materials.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, provide updates on candidate progress, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Providing administrative support for onboarding new hires, including document collection, background checks, and orientation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.

Requirements and Expectations:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Labour Laws and HR Best Practices.
