Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service Delivery: Provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service experience for the UK market, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Customer Needs Identification: Identify and understand customer needs to consistently provide a high-quality service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  3. Process Management: Follow clear instructions and guidelines to investigate, resolve, and process high-volume customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Escalation and Resolution: Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner.
  5. Product and Service Information: Provide accurate information on products and services to clients to ensure consistency across the organization.
  6. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Promote and cross-sell the client's products and services to complement existing products (where applicable) and enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  7. Record Management: Operate customer-related information systems to maintain and secure records.
  8. Team Contribution: Contribute to the success of the team and the business by achieving personal targets and adhering to company and department standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Minimum requirement of at least a good Grade 12.
  2. Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience is essential for this role.
  3. International Call Center Experience: International call center experience is advantageous.
