Job Description:

At WNS Global Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide communications solutions to customers by promoting and matching products & services to customer needs.
  • Actively grow client markets, thereby generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 6 months sales/customer service experience as a call center agent.
  • Essential competencies and skills include customer care, numeracy, products, telephone etiquette, stress tolerance, multi-tasking, processing speed, comprehension, selling techniques, interpersonal, communicating, listening skills, computer applications, problem solving, time management, reading & writing, and information locating.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
