Job Overview
Computacenter is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused First Line Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line response and resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Utilize cutting-edge analytics platforms to proactively and reactively resolve end-user technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive improved efficiencies and solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Apply active listening skills and proficient writing skills to promptly resolve end-user customer issues.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 information technology diploma.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Availability to work across a 24 x 7 shift pattern.
- Strong service-oriented culture with a focus on the internal customer approach.
- Good degree of eloquence with high verbal and written skills in English.
