Job Description
The Front Desk Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our reception area. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing information about hotel services and local amenities to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency.
- Processing payments securely and accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
