Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring CCTV systems and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Handle reservations and payments efficiently, providing clear information and assistance as needed.
  • Provide information and support to visitors, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages, ensuring timely communication with our guests and staff.
  • Clean and maintain the lobby area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
Requirements:
  • Welcome and greet guests warmly, making them feel valued and respected.
  • Check in/out guests smoothly, handling any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Offer guest assistance, such as answering questions about hotel services and amenities.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and provide information accurately and promptly.
  • Keep the lobby and reception area clean and tidy, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
