Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the broader team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of Finance, HR, and Administration.
- Oversee travel logistics and activities, including flights, accommodations, and vehicle bookings.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including maintaining filing systems and handling office maintenance.
- Inspect building safety measures, including fire escapes, equipment, and security protocols.
- Manage relationships with service providers such as security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Organize staff training, team communications, and internal/external events.
- Support various projects and initiatives as required, ensuring smooth office operations and staff coordination.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
