Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Tailormade Solution. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
* Clear criminal record
* 3-4 years of experience as an Office Administrator
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English (read, speak, and understand)
* Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette
* Trustworthy, honest, and punctual
* Attention to detail
* Own vehicle would be advantageous
