Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tower Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities, including administrative systems and personnel.
  • Manage debtors collections and recons, submission of invoices, and lease invoicing processing.
  • Process creditor's invoices for submission to the Finance and Admin Department.
  • Manage the Tracking System for container-related products.
  • Compile sales reports and manage cash as required.
  • Manage JHB Depot staff leave on the ESS System.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
