We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Professional to join our Sales team in Port Elizabeth. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. You should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction, while also being very competitive and a good listener.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and exceptional customer service skills. Strong listening and sales skills are also essential, along with the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers' questions, send additional information via email, and keep up-to-date with product and service information.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, explain features of products and services, and stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Upsell products and services, research and qualify new leads, and close sales to achieve targets.
