Trolley Fleet Administrator Job Description

At Meondoholdings, we are seeking a highly skilled Trolley Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for facilitating the effective management of our trolley fleet on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and maintain accurate trolley counts according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Collaborate with Trolley Teams, Area Managers, Store Managers, and Administrators to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate routine reports on trolley losses and broken equipment.
  • Distribute reports to relevant stakeholders to facilitate recovery and repair of trolleys.
  • Partner with Trolley porting teams to ensure required information is received and processed effectively.
  • Work closely with the Operations Department to optimize trolley fleet management on sites.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge on Trolley Management and Hygiene best practices.
  • Achieve continuous improvement in processes to enhance administration and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain trolley files, documents, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Support department projects as assigned.
  • Perform site inspections of trolleys according to provided sheets.
  • Implement disciplinary measures for non-compliance within the trolley fleet management scope.
  • Process and facilitate costs for trolley losses.
  • Coordinate and conduct trolley repairs on-site as necessary.
  • Participate in trolley recovery efforts with the team.
  • Manage scorecards for trolley performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Résumé preferably highlighting Operations/Fleet Management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Operations experience; Trolley Management experience is an asset.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently while understanding the importance of teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
  • Fully vaccinated and able to frequently travel nationwide.
