Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, supporting the Group Financial Director with company secretarial duties for all group subsidiaries.
  • Legal Operations: Assist in legal operations, including contract reviews and managing external legal counsel, to ensure the organisation adheres to statutory obligations and best practices.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues, developing and implementing company policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and internal policies, ensuring a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: In compliance or corporate governance, such as CCSA or ICSA.
  • Proven Experience: In compliance, company secretarial duties, and legal operations, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: With the ability to provide clear guidance on complex regulatory issues.
