About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at KBC Health and Safety. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales in the Region, managing existing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive sales in the Region
  • Manage existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve set targets
  • Establish client needs via a needs analysis meeting, for existing and prospective clients, and offer appropriate solutions
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and ensure efficient customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Prepare and submit sales reports timeously
  • Draft proposals and create/present sales presentations
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate accordingly
  • Geographical sales mapping
  • Ensure company and legal compliance into the business
  • Complete necessary sales reports and submit by required deadlines
  • Build and maintain relationships with all clients signed and ensure existing and potential clients receive exceptional customer service
